The Fit: As there is already a high level of existing work business development, whilst important, is not the key requirement for this role. Rather the firm is looking for somebody who has; Excellent Corporate tax technical skills First rate client management skills Ability to manage and motivate staff A keen interest in contributing to the strategic growth and direction of the firm Likely Background: Tax Senior Manager/Director/Senior Associate with a medium sized or large accountancy/law firm where progression prospects to partner are limited.
