CAPEX Planning Manager

-Provide support to the Finance along with Project Managers to ensure the proper evaluation, reporting, implementation and management of Project Capital investments.

1.Maintain/consolidate all financial records in relation to all Major Projects.
2.Preparation and Review of Capital Expenditure proposals to ensure that they are complete, accurate and comply with Company requirements.
3.Ensure proper control on Spend for approved Capex.
4.Ensure proper closure of all projects.
5.Maintain, develop and implement tight internal controls particularly in relation to project approval and spend etc.
6.Preparation of annual budget, 5 Years plan & Forecast information, review with and present to Management
7.Supervise team in relation to performance of tasks.
8.Assist in the preparation of Board presentations in relation ot project capital requirements.
9.Assist the Project Director and PMs in the following:
a.Attend crucial supplier meetings to represent financial interest of the company.
b.Project team Budget prep.
c.Advise on financial matters in regards to projects.
d.Train the Projects team on financial terms such as PR, GRN, GAAP, Financial ratios, SAP related functionalities…etc
