Job Description

The incumbent will work closely with our Regulatory Reporting teams, IT developers, and our software vendor to support the company’s global regulatory reporting application. The incumbent will play a key role in managing the day to day running of the application and to support ongoing projects and systems enhancements to address changes to the company’s regulatory reporting filings around the globe. This is accomplished through working with regulatory reporting analysts, IT staff, and our vendor to; analyze business and data workflows, develop new & maintain existing business rules within the application to support regulatory calculations and reporting, and support initiatives to enhance system functionality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 5 to 7+ years of total work experience in Business analysis, Data analysis preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Preferred Experience: Supported multiple enterprise systems implementations in a Business Analyst role. Having SQL knowledge for data analysis will be a preferred. Having Financial Regulatory Reporting experience will be add advantage.

  • Business Analyst with Financial Services background
  • Regulatory Reporting experience is a plus
  • SQL understanding or knowledge to facilitate data analysis
  • Understanding to User Acceptance testing and building of testing strategy/test plans.
  • Axiom knowledge or implementation experience is a huge plus
  • Prior experience supporting data quality/data governance activities also a plus
