This position reports to the relevant head of the department (Investment, Asset Management or Portfolio Management) and interfaces with SVPs/ managers at Alpha Investment Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of Keppel Capital. Trainee to be primarily involved in real estate fund management with the following key responsibilities:

Trainee to be primarily involved in real estate fund management with the following key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on the jurisdictions that are targets for investments
- Perform detailed cash flow modelling, financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate the real estate acquisition, development, repositioning, disposition and financing of real estate opportunities in the Asia Pacific region
- Preparation of investor reports, presentations, investment papers
- Monitor and analyze market trends/developments/transactions
- Participate in ESG initiatives
- Assist with investor queries
- Assist in monitoring and asset managing existing property portfolio
Technical skills and Competencies:
- Financial modelling skills with Excel
- Understanding of standard real estate jargons
- Familiarity with commonly used systems like Bloomberg, PowerBI
- Real estate market knowledge
- Appreciation of fund management activities
