What you'll be working on
Working on innovation of one of ING's key priorities gives you the opportunity to work on an initiative that can make a real change and have an impact on the future of the bank and financial industry. You will contribute to our Know Your Customer (KYC) venture, an IT Platform, that is currently validating its commercial viability in the market. You will be part of a dynamic team that sets itself apart from the competition using fast learning cycles, radical thinking, experimentation and countless energy. You will become the subject matter in business analysis and in the creation of excellent customer journeys. In this job, you will listen to the users to understand how they use Blacksmith KYC and what can to done to further improve the solution. You design product features, design the service blueprint and contribute to the delivery of the product in an Agile development environment. You will be working together with a local and an offshore product development team.

· You are an independent, proactive and strong team player. You seek guidance when needed, are open to feedbackand you challenge your colleagues.

· You have strong communication skills and the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
· You are familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology
· You preferably have domain knowledge and experience in Customer Journey Mapping, CDD/KYC processes, Software Delivery, Data Analytics and Machine Learning.
