Job Summary:

Responsible for the timely processing of clients’ monthly payroll and the submission of all relevant statutory reports and monthly payroll reports. Maintain up-to-date clients’ employees’ records and database and manage staff confirmation and resignation based on clients’ data.   

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and ensure clients’ monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time. 
  • Ensure all allowances, OT claims, expenses claims and etc are processed accurately and on time.  
  • Generate accurate and updated monthly Payroll Reports for clients’ using the Payroll System. 
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax. 
  • Ensure employee master record is well updated and captured in the system, regardless of new hire or existing employees. 
  • Administer and ensure all confirmation and resignation of staff are processed promptly and accurately. 
  • Prepare fund request statements and transaction statements with accuracy. 
  • Prepare salary crediting files in several formats such as txt. xls. csv. etc. for admin to upload them to respective banks to perform transaction for salary payment. 
  • Updating and reconciliation of bank statement 
  • Distribute e-payslips promptly to clients and reconcile the errors in payouts. 
  • Respond to all payroll issues raised by client promptly. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. 
  • Fresh graduate or those with less than a year’s experience in payroll processing 
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin 
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels.  
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner. 
  • Information gathering and analytical skills 
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities in an efficient manner 
  • Detailed, organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality. 
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
