Senior Internal Auditor Position as part of successful team.

Global Business based in Swindon Area.
Description
As the Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for the analysis and assessment of all business processes and projects including the implemented risk management and control systems in respect of their effectiveness and efficiency in order to give recommendations for improvement. In addition, you will identify and evaluate risks over the individual steps of the value chain.
In the Commercial Audits' department you will furthermore conduct audit services regarding all support functions in UK and abroad.
Following your analysis, you present your finding and advisories to the business, which will include Senior Management across the business. This will include any recommendations and service improvements. This will also include developing suitable risk mitigation concepts. This role would benefit your development from diversified and challenging tasks, which will be performed independently and with a high degree of freedom.
Profile
* University degree in (business) economics, business sciences, industrial engineering, law or (business) informatics;
* Relevant professional certificates (as CIA, CISA, CFM or CFE) is desirable;
* Relevant professional experience preferably with accounting/financial advisory firm, within banking sector, internal audit, legal, (risk) controlling, compliance, financing or accounting, ideally experience of conducting and leading (commercial / regulatory) audits;
* In-depth knowledge in the energy industry would be desirable;
* Profound knowledge in the area of MaRisk and/or risk controlling and management;
* Experience gained as functional team lead/in successfully managing projects;
* High affinity for processes/IT, proficient handling of ERP systems (like SAP) and MS-Office;
* Distinct analytic and conceptual skills and strongly target-oriented work style;
* Thorough decision making taking relevant legal and economic aspects into account.
Job Offer
£40-55k depending on experience.
