Tax Accounting Manager

• Managing Tax CoE team of >15 Tax Accountants

• Responsible for managing the activities of tax accounting operations which covers Transfer Pricing, Indirect Taxes, Non US and US Tax Compliance work with US GAAP , local accounting standards and knowledge in tax rules
• Develops, implements, and maintains systems procedures and policies
• Ensures the accurate compilation analysis and reporting of accounting data and tax compliance work
• Acts as liaison between the company government and auditors in providing the required information and ensuring that proper information is maintained for historical purposes
• Requires extensive theoretical practical and industry knowledge
• Applies and/or develops highly advanced technologies principles and concepts
• Partner with Global Tax team to review and provide the regional compliance activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications: Candidate should have Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance with 8 to10 years related experience. Key competencies as below:

1. Strong accounting technical and sound knowledge of statutory compliance

2. Leadership organization planning and development coaching and guiding team for a visionary success

3. Stakeholder management and partnering with respective business partner for organization success

4. Effective communication skills is essential given nature of the role that deals with variety of internal or external stakeholders
