Description
- P/L budgeting, sales revenue, cost and period expense
- Led FP&A team and build forecasting model as a robust tool to facilitate business decision making
- Streamlined forecast process to validate key input from business owner, ensure forecast accuracy, identify root cause of performance gap and explore growth opportunity
- Analysis and controlling - provide pre-analysis simulation for campaign with significant business impact
- Verify input from commercial team to ensure data accuracy, validate key assumption for consistency of budget and make sure expected result justifies promotion resource
- Conducted regular post-tracking to rigidly control marketing investment within budget
- Provide financial support for target setting on projects with significant CAPEX
- Evaluate benefit of investment, determine cost of capital, confirm net cash flow, suggest target to improve return on investment.
Profile
- Solid knowledge in costing, budget/forecast and business analysis/controlling
- Proven well-rounded leadership and communication skill sets
