Accountant - Manufacturing Industry (West of Singapore)

We are looking for an Accountant that has got a strong core accounting and statutory reporting experience across the region to be responsible for the accounting function of my client.

Client Details

Our client is a world leading US manufacturer within the offshore and O&G industry. They have a strong presence across all continents with SG being their APAC HQ. They are located in the west of Singapore and they provide transport pick-ups from accessible MRT stations.

Description

This person will be responsible for the periodic financial close processes, statutory/government reporting for all legal entities and maintenance of internal controls within the processes. This person will also be the contact point for the management of SSC delivery and performance, supporting both the internal and external audits including local statutory audit, SOX compliance and tax audits.

Profile

You should ideally possess a degree in accountancy with at least 5 years of working experience in the accounting and finance function within the manufacturing sector. Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and FRS reporting, experience in the full spectrum of accounting function and reporting is a must.
