Your field of responsibility
Line Manager Responsibility for a team with +/-5 Senior Fund Accountant including mentoring, training, performance review and personal development of the respective team members. You will be responsible for implementing a key set of daily and periodic procedures and controls to ensure the accuracy and validity of all components of the fund accounting delivery including NAV and reporting to all stakeholders.
You will facilitate the implementation of any client operational requirements and support future business growth. You will be a driving force for a continual program of improvement to maintain overall efficiency with a significant focus on risk mitigation

Your skills and experience
You will have experience leading a team of fund accountants, being responsible for the delivery of the full suite of fund accounting solutions to a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will convince us with:
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business, ACCA or equivalent professional / accounting qualification
- Extensive experience in fund accounting for alternative funds
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg fund structures for the alternative asset class
- Solid understanding of financial products and/or the regulatory landscape are an asset
- A demonstrated ability to apply a problem-solving approach with good analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure, taking full ownership of your tasks
- Business fluency in English and either French or German, Spanish and any other language skills are an asset
- Extensive operational knowledge of Investran or any other Private Equity dedicated platform
- Evidence of strong communication skills and enthusiasm that will allow easy connection with clients and colleagues
- Proven experience in leading people and developing a team
