The Finance Business Partner will be the bridge between finance and operations, ensuring that all financial & operational strategies are implemented. You will work with divisional heads and be a key member of a high performing finance function to support decision making and driving change, this role will be office based and located in Marlow.

Based in Marlow, our client are part of a global business and are renowned in their industry as one of the most successful brands. Due to recent events the company are looking to grow organically by offering different product ranges for their end clients. Due to this, they are looking to hire a high calibre team and this role will be the bridge between operations and finance.
Description
As a Finance Business Partner you will work with the divisional heads to support them on financial plans, implement new strategies and manage the P&L. This role is going to be a business facing role, it will require someone who can articulate finance to non finance stakeholders, you will be required to push back on ideas if they are not commercial & economically viable and you will be in charge of all budgeting and forecasting for the business units. This is a stand alone role and you will be expected to take ownership of your department.
Profile
The successful Finance Business Partner will have a track record of business partnering with senior leadership, you will have the ability to talk finance to non finance stakeholders and will be comfortable with the responsibility of owning your own business units and managing the relationship with the operational teams effectively.
This may suit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), if you are qualified by experience your application will also be accepted.
