Contracts and Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Contracts and Compliance Manager to join our high performing team. This role has autonomy and responsibility in a dynamic fast paced team environment.

As a focused Contracts and Compliance Manager, we will look to you to take responsibility of our process end to end. The role has huge growth potential with the amount of contracts InterEx Group is adding and we need someone to take ownership!

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility of contracts process at InterEx Group
  • Create starter forms
  • Track and chase missing compliance documents
  • Authorise placements in our CRM
  • Client requirements aware (for our big accounts)
  • Take ownership of on-boarding processes, finishers and extensions to ensure correct documentation is stored in the CRM and relevant folders
  • Vendor requests & MSA's
  • Contract term amendments
  • Reviewing processes and systems and identifying opportunities for implementing new processes and systems as required
  • Undertake monthly audits and report on results
  • Providing day to day support, compliance training and keeping abreast of new policies, procedures, legislation
  • Build strong internal relationships and communicate on all matters well


Requirements

  • Ideally IT and contract recruitment compliance background
  • Contract recruitment knowledge
  • Ideally have a contract law background
  • Demonstrate up to date with current legislations
  • International exposure and experience with international compliance, specifically Nordics, Europe and US
  • Knowledge of recruitment related compliance - IR35, AWR etc. is essential
  • Experience developing and managing internal contract processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills; producing accurate and reliable information
  • Excellent communication skills with contractors, clients and work colleagues
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • A team player who can also confidently lead
