Audit Senior (Australia Office)

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate  Audit Senior to join our team in Petaling Jaya. Through our alliance with ShineWing Australia, the successful candidate will have the ability to work with our Australian team on a wide variety of clients, with the potential pipeline to one day work and live in Australia through employer sponsorship.  

Responsibilities:

• Able to lead/assist in external audit assignments with minimum supervision, reporting into an Audit Manager based in Australia.
• Work in our Petaling Jaya office while collaborating with the Australia audit team and with our clients worldwide.
• Ensure the audit is being carried out in compliance with Australia Accounting Standards.
• Build relationships with a diverse client portfolio and understand their business and risk areas.
• Perform the audit process from planning, execution and completion of fieldwork.

To be successful in this role you must have

• Degree in Accounting, CA or CPA qualified (must be recognised in Australia).
• At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field, preferably within the Chartered Accounting environment.
• Excellent command of English (both verbal and written communication). Mandarin would be an additional benefit.
• Familiar with Australia Accounting Standards will be advantageous.
• Able to work independently and as well as in teams.
• Responsible and committed with demonstrated initiative.
• Strong time management skills and are able to prioritise your work to meet deadlines

Interview session will start in August 2021.

Candidate must be a Malaysian who is currently based in Malaysia only.
