 Managerial Activities
 Foreign Company Liasioning
 Filling of annual forms of Company as per Companies Act, all ROC compliances and
handling of litigation matters
 All compliance of both direct and indirect taxes
 Filing of Income Tax Returns
 TDS returns
 GST Annual and other returns etc.
 Having knowledge of MS-Office along with command on language in both writing and
speaking as well.
