- Processing of accounting and financial data in an accurate and timely manner;
- Assist with cash forecasting, including the prioritization of payables within the confines of the companys cash position;
- Administration, verification and posting invoices in accordance with internal procedures;
- Preparing payment proposals;
- AP team support in daily activities;
- Handling Vendor Master Data changes together with phone confirmation of sensitive data
- Knowledge of MDG system will be an asset
