Plan & Analyse

  • Work with customers to understand their issues
  • Work with the SaySo Production Managers to understand their issues
  • Roadmap design and sprint planning
  • Create As-Is user journeys

Design
  • Create To-Be user journeys
  • Create user personas
  • Rapid prototyping / wireframing
  • UX/UI design
  • Work with the developers to get time estimates and to refine designs
  • Prioritise developments

Build
  • Manage the developers' time and effort
  • Test changes in our staging environment
  • Log bugs to the developer
  • Problem solving as issues arise during building

Test

Deploy
  • Work with the rest of the team to set a deployment schedule with no event conflicts
  • Be on hand for any issues that arise


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Strong interest in Product management or business analysis
  • Interest working in digital/multi-channel development
  • Experience working on webinars
  • Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry interest
  • AV or webcast streaming interest


Personal qualities

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to hit the ground running


Desired qualifications

You'll need to pass a face to face screening interview with our Talent Team (don't worry, we're a friendly bunch) and sit initial assessments in Maths and English.
