About the team

FIS is building a community of engineers to develop and then commodities a catalogue of enterprise wide consumable products that can easily and repeatably be scaled and deployed across our global Merchant Cloud & Automation Services (architecture. The products you develop will help drive our organization towards our strategic principle 'Cloud First' and our successes will be measured through the continued adoption of our MCAS products and services. Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we aim to deliver effective solutions focused on business value.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in team Scrum meetings, and interact with various stakeholders
  • Organize and refine the user stories in the product backlog
  • Break down complex requirements into logical stories
  • Develop the functional requirements and acceptance criteria for user stories
  • Develop requirement documents, process flows, and user guides
  • Review test plan and test cases
  • Create product vision, business objectives and product requirement
  • Hands-on involvement in validating the functionality before sharing with stakeholders
  • Unit test, compare with requirements, coordinate and answer QA queries
  • Troubleshoot, review user logs and resolve end sales user queries
  • Interact with Sales, Technology and Product teams
Required Skills
  • Overall 7+ yrs of broad exposure to software engineering and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (Dev, Release, QA, Ops, Security etc.)
  • Open to support UK shift (till 11.30 PM)
  • 5+ exp as Business Analyst
  • 3+ years Salesforce BA experience
  • Salesforce Admin or PD1 certification would be a plus
  • DocuSign and CPQ experience would be a plus
  • Exposure to SAFe Methodology
  • Knowledge of Rally is desirable
  • Knowledge of Banking domain is desirable
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience troubleshooting, reviewing user logs and resolving sales user queries
  • Experience interacting with Sales Business & Product teams
