We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Business Analyst

Principal responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to understand and gather requirements to develop the best solutions.
  • Design based on high level requirements at program level and delivery end to end solutions.
  • Analyse the requirements in-depth and come up with detail design and help developers to build solution
  • Key responsibility of developing and mentor developers/testers in the team on domain front
  • Contribute to the strategic vision for building high performance teams

Requirements
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in business analysis preferably in banking domain
  • Good knowledge of Basel framework specially Credit Risk and collateral management
  • Experience in analyzing & capturing functional & non-functional requirements for long-term and short-term projects
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to guide/lead a group of stakeholders (both senior and junior) to agreed outcomes and actions
  • Experience of driving data driven changes in pod/team behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Hands on working experience of working in agile & devops best practices
  • Experience working with offshore development, analysis & test teams
  • Problem solving and analysing an issue opportunity highly desirable.
  • Experience of managing a team a business analysts
