Job Description

Candidate should have between 6-9 years of experience in product and project implementation, requirements gathering and documenting. Should have experience in writing Business Solution and Functional Design Documents (FD/SRS). It is critical that the candidate have strong problem-solving, Analytical and communication skills and the willingness and flexibility to work well as part of a quality-oriented team through use of an Agile SDLC and a disciplined engineering methodology.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Act as a single point of contact for all implementations.

• Coordinate with client during the overall implementation stage

• Conduct regular meetings with clients

• Prepare and Execute the implementation plan

• Good documentation skills.

• Experience in ITIL Service Delivery and Support, preferably with a formal ITIL qualification (or their equivalents outside of the ITIL framework).

• Experience working independently and as part of a team to analyze application issues working with various teams and support the products and technologies

• Ability to read and understand ERDs using data modeling tools.

• Have a working understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to communicate incident and project status, issues, and resolutions.

• Experience in providing services to agreed SLA¿s and OLA¿s

• Experience with supporting multi-tier infrastructures

• Creative thinker with a capability to visualize the solution and document it

• Prior development experience in web-based environment will be preferred

• Should be able to work and communicate with business owners and clearly articulate the requirement

• Manage team queries and resolve them as per the business needs

• Good communication skill with pleasing personality

• Knowledge of analytics and statistics preferred
