Other responsibilities include identifying business needs and the impact of the solution on the organisation; translate business objectives into system requirements; design and develop high quality business solutions, processes and workflows; monitor progress and results; recognize and capitalise on improvement opportunities; and adapt to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.

Duties also include:
* Facilitate and lead discussions with the business to identify, define, design, and establish measures for future state business process development.
* Develop use cases, user stories, requirements acceptance criteria and test plans across all ERP functions.
* Ensure systems analysis/design, development, testing and deployment tasks are aligned to business requirements and intended outcomes
* Investigate problems, elicit requirements, analyse options and provide recommendations for how to improve compliance, effectiveness and address risks
* Recommend controls by identifying problems and providing procedural and process improvement recommendations during planning and solution design phase.
* Lead and influence stakeholders to determine solution outcomes by analysing and monitoring relationships with and between stakeholders
* Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
* Act as an internal quality control check for the project and participate in quality issue resolution.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems (IS), Computer Science or related field, or equivalent IT experience
* Extensive experience with business analysis of complex and risky projects, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
* Ability to translate high level business concepts to specific technical workplans to drive business process and workflow improvements
* Experience working on large scale projects, and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point
* Extensive experience in facilitation and coaching cross-functional teams
* Experience implementing SaaS technology, (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft, IFS)

Technical, Professional and Specialist Skills:
* Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to lead large cross functional groups in workshops to solution consensus
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to coach, mentor and train impacted staff
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills including writing business analysis artefacts
* Broad business knowledge and ability to deliver business outcomes
* Highly analytical and detail driven, with the ability to elicit requirements, understand impacts and problem solve

Desirable:
* Formal business analysis qualifications
* Project management training and certification and or relevant experience
* Experience of working in complex environments
* Ability to apply creative thinking and problem solving to achieve outcomes
