- Ownership and implementation of management reporting process
- Provision of strategic advice to the Senior Leadership Team where required and identifying ways to improve internal processes
- Understanding the Overall Cash flow and Asset management and protection concepts
- Producing regular reports to Senior Management on overall company performance and creating performance models
- Assisting throughout the tendering process, providing input into cash flow management and profitability of projects
- Managing the company's overall financial position and matching it to the company's financial targets
- Timely Preparation and Presentation of Management Accounts Pack, Forecasts and Budgets including commentary on variances against budget, forecast and other KPIs
- Month End and Year End financial reporting
- Preparation of Financial Information and Accounts for Board Reports
- Ensuring of effective controls are in place and that risk/opportunity is accurately reported
About you:
- Tertiary degree and CA/CPA qualified
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Previous project management or cost control experience essential
- Previous construction, infrastructure or rail industry experience
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intelligent, proactive and forward-thinking approach
