Jobdescription:
1. Setup and maintain Projects in our financial system
2. Prepare and submit Project invoices
3. Prepare and submit internal project and finance reports such asperformance reports and balance sheet reconciliations. Additionally, performprofitability analysis and assist in the preparation of special client reportsas necessary and appropriate.
4. Provide Income Statement Analysis during the monthly for the BusinessUnit
5. Responsible for both project and GL reporting and analysis on amonthly basis.
6. Assist in proposal preparation by providing pricing support, reviewingterms and conditions and providing sample applicable contractual documentformats
7. Review contractual documents including, contracts, purchase orders,pricing/budget worksheet, consulting agreements, service agreements, andlicensing agreements. Complete contract review documents when appropriate, andmonitors compliance with contract terms and conditions.
8. Provide support to Group Controller and Business Unit personnel duringthe annual budget preparation process and subsequent updates.
9. Provide financial support and training to the operations groups, forexample, income statement analysis, rates analysis, etc.
10. Serve as an information resource to Operations for Finance / CorporateServices related functions/issues including analyzing financial data toidentify trends and patterns Collect, interpret and summarize financial data inorder to respond to internal and external customer enquires
11. Provide financial audit support
12.Monitors compliance with Internal Policies and Procedures and report deviationsto the respective Group Controller
13. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with both internal andexternal customers.
14. Conduct detailed monthly Project reviews with respective SBU manager and/or designated Operations personnel
RequiredSkills :
1. Working knowledge of MS office suite in particular excel
2. Understanding of local India accounting practices
3. Project management experience is a must
4. US GAPP knowledge
5. Understanding of local India tax laws
