The Worldwide Customer Service Finance team is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our growing business in India to support the India Customer Service team. You will partner with Operations teams to provide insightful analysis to support the future investments in this space. You will also build and leverage an extensive cross-functional partnership with consumer retail businesses and finance teams to drive cost reduction while improving customer experience.

Job Responsibilities include:
• Drive financial controllership, build monthly financial metrics, analyze variances to forecast and communicate to senior management on key drivers
• Manage data in financial systems, and create insightful reports to drive business decisions
• Reconcile financial reports across different businesses; drive process improvements, automation, and consistency
• Drive regular metrics reviews, as well as analytical support through deep-dive analyses
• Improve tools, processes, scale existing solutions, create new solutions as required based on stakeholder needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias
• 5+ years relevant experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results
• 3+ years' experience in business finance role
• 3+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
• Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA/Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling and reporting skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional team
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis
• Manage and prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, growing and ambiguous environment
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Essbase and/or Cognos) and other financial systems such (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Previous experience with Customer Service processes and systems a plus
• Key Characteristics: Proven expertise managing, evaluating, analyzing quickly and creating meaningful business reporting • Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with your business partners - you influence the decisions. You can root cause issues quickly and uncover core issues using data, then assist, consult with, and teach the business how decisions affect costs in their sites and create new mechanisms as they are needed • Excellent communications skills
