Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Business Analyst on a 2-year fixed-term, full-time basis. This role is based at our brand new Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) headquarters in Clayton.

Position responsibilities will include:
  • Cooperation with BAMS management accountant/controller in monitoring BAMS financial target achievement, risks and opportunities
  • Analysis of Monthly Business Report, Business Planning & Forecasting for BAMS projects
  • Consult with management and key stakeholders in a commercial context
  • Support BAMS together with BAMS management accountant/controller as a business partner in all aspects of operational & strategic management
  • Project reporting for BAMS


Qualifications

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work autonomously, possess excellent attention to detail and have great communication skills.

You should be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Degree in finance, accounting, management accountant, business administration or a similar discipline
  • Manufacturing or engineering industry experience is highly desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data sourcing, statistical modelling, analysing variances and digitisation trends
  • SAP experience is mandatory and Power BI is preferred
  • Willing and open to occasional international and domestic travel
  • Personal competencies including critical thinking, ambiguity tolerance, integrity, perseverance, execution skills, openness
  • Communication and collaboration i.e. presentation skills, conflict management, negotiation skills, collaboration, assertiveness and storytelling
  • Business acumen including business understanding, business models and strategic thinking
