Finance Analyst 12-month contract 25-30ph
Do you have a background in posting journals and accounts preparation? Are you a qualified accountant or currently studying towards a professional qualification? Would you like to work for an international institution with truly global reach?
Our client is currently looking to bring an experienced and driven Financial Analyst on board. The successful candidate will need a strong understanding of managing general accounting processes and have a history of journal posting. Strong excel skills and an aptitude for data management is also crucial within the Finance Analyst role.

What will the day to day look like?
- Handling key month end accounting processes, recording payroll expense to the ledger
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts relating to compensation activity
- Providing variance commentary and further analysis when required
- Identifying and escalating resolution of issues accordingly
- Continually working to improve and enhance processes as and when required
- Participating in both internal and external audits
What are the skills required?
- Either an accounting qualification or actively working towards one
- Clear and demonstratable experience in financial accounting and reporting
- Experience in working to multiple deadlines and prioritising workloads
- A strong understanding and awareness of risk
- A strong collaborative ethos and ability to work as part of a team
