We are excited to partner with this organisation to provide a new addition to the Employee Services & Payroll team.
In this position you will work within a small, tenured team and report to an inspiring Employee Services Manager who truly values the growth and performance of the team.
You will be responsible for the accurate processing of weekly/fortnightly payroll processing, maintenance of database and files and of course, ensuring that all legislative requirements and award interpretations are met. There is a requirement to be quite savvy around EBA's & the legislative element as the payroll team have intricate requirements to meet around this.
You will be hands-on and place a lot of value on both structure and collaboration.
Your background ideally reflects a solid understanding of the payroll function; you would have worked in an end to end function in the past. To be successful in this role we're looking for someone who is keen to work in a busy, team orientated environment. You will have a strong work ethic, lead by example, and take a proactive approach to tackling projects whilst embracing the ideas of others.

Your Skills & Experience
- Full function payroll experience
- iChris exposure is highly, highly regarded
- Strong organizational skills
- A key focus on customer service and an ability to 'think on your feet'
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
