A forward thinking, commercial national Private Equity business are currently looking to strengthen their finance team by appointing a Finance Business Partner in a newly created position reporting directly into the CFO. This opportunity will provide full financial and commercial support to help achieve the business strategy, whilst challenging the business to achieve the next levels.
Responsibilities include;
Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies Providing effective commercial procedures and ensuring key operational, commercial and financial targets are metYou will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) preferably trained in practice with a large firm, however industry candidates with strong technical skills and good commercial acumen will also be welcomed. You will be ambitious, hard working with the capabilities to translate and communicate information at all levels, have the willingness to challenge everything and not accept the standard. You will enjoy working at pace and have the passion to succeed and keep moving forward.
In return our client offers an initial starting salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus car allowance, benefits package along with a realistic career path for next steps going forward. This role, nor business is for the 9-5, it is hardworking and will transpire onto bigger and better things.
