1. Role Description

Junior Accountant Trainee. This position reports directly to the Acccountant and interact with external stakeholders of the organisation. Jidobox Pte. Ltd. Is committed to providing opportunities for personal development and growth professionally.

2. Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:
1. Reviewer role to ensure accuracy of work performed by Accounts trainee
2. Project management for clients
3. Provide support to superiors in deliverables
4. Design/re-design of processes and internal controls

3. Competencies

1. Active participation in process improvement to reduce inefficiencies and improve productivity.
2. Participate in change management exercise for process implementation.
3. Gain experience with cloud based accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks and Waveapps) and Micorsoft excel skills.
4. How to engage with internal and external stakeholders and manage conflicts/problems.
5. Creation and improvement on current workflow templates.

4. Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered

6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance

2,100 SGD / month for all Fresh Graduates, Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals and Mature Mid-Career Individuals
