Client Details

  • An established Housing client based in Bolton requires a Management Accountant to join the business due to exceeding growth plans

Description

  • Production of the management accounts with full P&L reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow and other month end routines such as journal postings, accruals and prepayments
  • Reviewing budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Finance business partnering with non finance personnel and budget holders
  • Daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports
  • Data analysis to provide MI reports and development of reporting processes

Profile

  • Ideally you will be studying towards CIMA AAT or ACCA
  • Housing background preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ambition to progress and develop career
