Senior Finance Analyst - Sydney

This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract position for a Senior Finance Analyst within our Consulting team. In this short term role, your impact will be seen by:

  • Supporting the team in the preparation of monthly operating results and KPI's including providing the Finance Managers with timely and accurate reporting and automating reports where possible to deliver efficiencies.
  • 'Data-mine' from multiple sources to create models that deliver to recurring and ad-hoc business reporting requests.
  • Contribute to the production and delivery of data reconciliations and broader forecast and budgeting reports.
  • Cost analysis and review versus budget
  • Month end processing including journals
  • Supporting potential ad-hoc transformational project initiatives.


About you

You are qualified and have a desire to create a career within an accounting discipline An understanding of management accounting as well as advanced excel skills are a prerequisite. You have strong interpersonal skills matched with an ability to be flexible, deadline driven and client centric are essential attributes to succeed in this position. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles or as an audit senior.
