IT PDO (Program Delivery Office) is a division within risk management, responsible for end-to-end project management for the delivery of the Risk Technology projects. It has the responsibility to work with risk management to define risk management operatonal process target states for market risk, treasury risk and Quantitative Risk and Stress Testing, partner with risk technology to design, implement and optimize technology system infrastructure, data flow and risk models to meet risk management requirements and regulatory expectations.
The Business Analyst lead will lead the effort of business requirement gathering, documentation, test case design and UAT test execution for Market Risk, treasury risk and other QRS related risk technology projects. He/she needs to be familiar with and should be a SME (subject matter expert) in risk managers' operational processes, regulatory rules, risk exposure calculation method, and the applications/systems/data used by risk management to fulfill the internal risk management activities and regulatory commitments.
1. Work with business process owner to understand their day to day operational processes in risk management and determine how to implement enhancement to existing processes or implement new functions to meet the new business and regulatory requirements.
2. Be able to review multiple requirements from different client groups, evaluate the existing technology system capability, identify opportunities to align with Citi's end-to-end target infrastructure strategy, standard and optimize business processes, consolidate technology system infrastructure, streamline data flow. 3. Organize meeting with stakeholders (clients, technology team), Document requirement in standard BRD, template, articulate the requirement to technology to ensure accurate implementation
4. Design test cases and execute UAT test plan to ensure project quality
5. Work with project management team to ensure timely delivery of the project.
Good communications skill is required. 7+ years experience in risk management related roles in a major financial firm is required.
