The role is the commercial finance partner for the transactional video ("Prime Video Store") business supporting strategic planning, performance appraisal and growth initiatives. Primary responsibilities include analysis of business performance trends, return on investment financial modelling, reporting and short/long range planning.

The successful candidate will have shown experience in past roles influencing business owners and supporting decision making in rapidly evolving environments. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with strong data gathering and analytical skills.

The role is based in London reporting into the Finance Director for Prime Video Europe and partnering senior business leaders based in UK and Germany.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree
• Relevant finance accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• 8 years + experience
• Experience in a commercially focused financial planning role

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture;
• Strong resourcefulness and ability to find or develop compelling data given limited resources and time;
• Demonstrated expertise with building financial models and processes using MS Excel
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects;
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and often in an ambiguous environment; and
• Excellent written and oral communication with proven influencing skills.
• Knowledge of/interest in learning SQL
