As one of Northern Irelands leading car dealerships, this would be an ideal time to join the team and contribute to the organisation's continued success.

Reporting to our Divisional Accountant, as a Franchise Accountant you will work closely with the operations management teams of the dealership to ensure central accounting standards are met and that the management accounts are prepared accurately and on time. You'll be expected to promote a right first-time administration culture by building first class relationships across all functions and levels. You'll also add value by working with operational managers in identifying opportunities to grow the business, create efficiencies and produce cost savings, while coaching and developing their financial awareness.

Main duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Monthly management accounts preparation - fixed assets register maintenance & reconciliation, depreciation, prepayments, accruals and any other nominal procedures.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, assisting with forecasting and manufacturer reporting.
  • Other activities within the group - you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic and experienced team- flexibility will be required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong IT / Microsoft Office Skills
  • High levels of enthusiasm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in finance / similar role
  • Knowledge of the retail industry
  • Management Accounts preparation
