My West Leeds based client are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their small and friendly team. Are you at the start of your Finance career - do you have a little bit of experience as an Accounts Assistant or have you started to study your AAT? Job description
- Credit control for two companies within the Group - UK and International customers
- Cash book maintenance
- Allocation of receipts / payments to all ledgers
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing of sales team monthly credit card statements and receipts
- Processing of monthly expenses
- Maintenance of sales team monthly mileage reports
- Daily bank balance e-mails to Management
- Finance team post (daily)
- Import documentation checks
- Assist with purchase ledger for three companies within the Group
- Assist with weekly payment runs
- Ad hoc duties including assistance with annual audits
Skills / Requirements
- Experience within an Accounts Assistant role
- Excel - v look up's, pivot tables
- Good organisation and time management
- Somebody wanting a hands-on all-round position
- Early-stage AAT studier?
