Job Description
Are you looking for that next step into a more commercially focused role supporting key aspects of an incredibly prestigious, renowned, and exciting real estate company with a varied portfolio as a finance business partner?This is an amazing opportunity for a newly qualified accountant or finalist to work within a unique and distinguished company.
Company/Team The prime focus of this role is to act as a trusted finance business partner to the Central London team providing financial support across all areas of the portfolio. This role has come about because of numerous internal promotions due to the progressive nature of the company.
Role This role will work on all aspects of reporting, budgeting, forecasting with value-added analysis whilst establishing relationships and with asset managers and the portfolio partner in the provision of routine reporting and analysis.

Ensuring delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful performance reporting to the portfolio ·
Preparing quarterly reports providing insightful analysis on financial performance ·
Assist with the development/review of quarterly forecasts and annual budget, in collaboration with asset management ·
Partner with the Portfolio team at all levels to ensure a full understanding of performance drivers and projects with specific emphasis on the London strategy ·
Undertake ad-hoc work and projects including financial modelling of new income streams and business models
The ideal profile would be a recently qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or finalist with the required traits of a business partner i.e. good communication & stakeholder management skills. Exposure to the property sector or other multi-site industries would be beneficial.
Salary £45,000 + Bonus & Benefits
