MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Consumer Group

on the search for a

Group Chief Financial Officer . This is a

permanent remote role for candidates accessible to the Baltic states.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance Management

- to provide leadership for short, medium, and long-term strategic financial objective development in order to improve profitability (including revenue management, improvement of internal processes, participation in tenders) and cash flow management (including debtors and inventory level control, improvements in payment terms with suppliers, effective overdraft solutions). Financial Planning and Analysis

- to supervise Group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes; to drive automatization in order to achieve deep dive daily analysis, to support Group management of Business Units to evaluate the impact from new Businesses, changes in regulatory environment, etc. Internal Controls Environment

- to ensure implementation and maintenance of effective internal control environment in order to drive profitability, but covering risks and ensuring compliance with GAAP, tax and reporting legislation. Investment Control and External Financing

- to build effective and professional relationships with external lenders (banks, lease companies, other financial institutions), to implement and supervise effective planning, execution and follow-up of capital expenditure and financial investment projects.

What are we looking for?

A Master's Degree in Finance and ACCA or FCA accredited is required. At least 5 years' senior level experience in finance in large internationals. Drinks industry experience would be beneficial. Demonstrated experience leading all aspects of a successful M&A within the last 5 years. Considerable proven experience in leading process automatisation and efficiency improvement projects. Ability to interact at Board level and participate in strategic decision-making. Strong financial acumen - ability to seize the financial effects and relationships of various aspects of the business. Developed organisation skills combined with detail-orientation. Excellent leadership skills with a drive and pace to deliver results. Strategic thinking with hands-on pragmatic approach to implementation. An entrepreneurially-minded personality with the ability to apply out-of-the-box thinking and break the boundaries of the traditional CFO role.
