Job Description
Finance Manager -Wokingham- £45000 - £55000
A world leading organisation inWokinghamrequire a Finance Manager to join their team, supporting the Business Unit Manager to ensure the effective running of the business unit.They will build and maintain strong relationships with the operational and administrative staff, have strong commercial awareness and be able to work in a fast paced environment.They will indirectly report in to the Group Financial Director providing monthly reports and management accounts.
Responsibilities andAccountabilities

Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded in a timely manner and in accordance with the group and accounting rules ·
Balance sheet reconciliations ·
Prepare / oversee all month end tasks such as accruals, prepayments and closing of ledgers ·
Monitor and report off-balance sheet commitments ·
Manage the company payroll ·
Prepare the Corporation Tax information to TaxAdvisorsfor review and submission ·
Be actively involved with the annual budget preparation process ·
Regular analysis ofKPI's ·
Analyse and explain overhead spend and variances against budget ·
Provide analysis to forecast the performance of the business against budget ·
Manage the statutory year end audit
Person Specification
·
CIMA,ACCA,ACAor equivalent accounting qualification ·
Outstanding oral and written communication ·
Ability to translate financial analysis in to clear strategic objectives ·
Cash Management ·
Strong IT skills in particular, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. ·
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or SAP preferable
