Business Controller needed for a global Pharmaceutical company in Berkshire! £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus and Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Controller to join a large-scale pharmaceutical organisation in Berkshire. You will be accountable for providing strong and reliable commercial and financial reporting, controlling and support to the divisions across the group, as well as partnering with multiple stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate must either have a background of working within audit or previous experience working within in a large blue-chip organisation To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have: Qualified Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Experience of business partnering with multiple stakeholders Good communication skills Self- starter mentality who is driven and ambition Attention to detail Previous experience of proactively supporting with process improvements Open to practice or industry background A little more information about the role: Ownership of the month end process, making sure that all reporting data is accurate Responsible for the monthly forecasting and annual budget of the division Monthly in-depth analysis of costs comparing against forecast and budget Cost control accounting responsibility for several entities Engage and partner with multiple senior stakeholders across the business Support with process improvements across the team and wider finance team If you have the skillset required, or would like further information, please apply below.
