Junior TM1 Developer
The client is a leading and well-established firm operating within Financial Services - they are expanding their current Planning Analytics team to support their future project plans. Due to their recent success, they are able to hire someone that is poised to expand their IBM Planning Analytics knowledge further into development and implementation of the system. For this reason, they require somebody with technical familiarity within TM1 / Planning Analytics, the person will have a desire to develop their career in the direction of a
developer/consultant
role. The client are currently entertaining many project plans surrounding TM1, upgrades and so forth - so there's a great chance to get hands on project experience with the system alongside guidance from experts.
This is the perfect opportunity for a professional with technical TM1 experience and a desire to take that further step in their Finance Systems career. They have TM1 experts on hand to provide further training and development for those passionate about progressing down this route. Responsibilities of the role: ·
Designing and developing dimensions, cubes, TI process and rules within TM1. ·
Optimisation of the TM1 model - improving processes and removing redundant code. ·
Working alongside the team to ensure that all data is captured accurately within TM1, providing in house training, and managing changes within the system. ·
Carrying out BAU duties ·
Assisting the Planning upgrade and testing to Planning Analytics Required Experience ·
2 years or more experience within a role entailing technical responsibilities for IBM Planning Analytics ·
Advanced experience within Excel (advanced), SQL VBA, data/financial modelling and report design/development ·
Professional knowledge of TM1 models, cubes, rules, TI processes and the desire to gain professional developer experience within these skills. ·
Finance qualifications (CIMA, ACCA etc.) as proof of supplementary finance knowledge are preferred but not essential.
