Elevation Accountancy & Finance are proud to be working with a successful and highly stable business in Doncaster as they look to recruit a Finance Manager. The role report to the General Manager and the Group Finance Director and will be responsible for leading a team, managing the accounts production under robust financial controls as well as driving financial performance in terms of operations. This will be a varied role with duties to include the following: Responsible leadership of the finance & accounting team (4 people) Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting Responsibility of Tax accounting Responsible for cash-flow reporting Working capital management Overseeing the planning of sales and production capacities Analysing and managing costs and overall results Active alignment and constant optimization of financial processes Preparation and presentation of the yearly budget and midterm plan Responsible for Internal controls Drive ERP / internal controls improvement The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences: CIMA/ ACCA or ACA qualification Previous position in a managerial role Preferably experience in the manufacturing industry (not essential) Proven record of delivering meaningful change and successful and reliable reporting Expertise in an international collaboration Profound knowledge of Financial Reporting Preferably experience with Microsoft Navision Ideally experience in optimization projects for ERP systems Profound experience with MS Excel Distinctive analytical and process skills Solution-focused, hands-on-mentality and team spirit The company offers excellent benefits in a supportive and relaxed working environment: - Competitive salary - 22 days holiday Stats - Auto enrolment pension - Flexibility around working hours (early/late start and finish times) - Free parking - Free fruit, tea, coffee and snacks in the office - Regular socials If you are interested in this role or would like any further information, please contact Simon Ensor or Steve Bruce.
