The Role

An exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to own the finance and accounting function end to end; deliver operational, and performance related insights; and act as a conduit between the business and client group, delivering expertise in the finance and accounting lifecycle.

The role is based in Melbourne VIC
  • Managing the financial lifecycle for a key client - month end, forecasting, managing PO and invoicing activity, and reports.
  • Monthly reporting, and providing meaningful insights on financial activity and performance
  • Preparing and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts
  • Effective management of the variation process
  • Working closely with the Account Leads and Finance and Commercial Managers to support the finance function

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in Management Accounting or Finance Business Partnering with strong commercial acumen
  • The ability to interpret financial data and deliver to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • A high level of proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems
  • Relevant qualifications and accreditations in finance and accounting
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
