Incumbent would join as a member of Asia-Pacific Regional Sales and Marketing team working on - Business analytics and reporting, Customer integration, business process automation and adoption of tools and methods for S&M.

* Responsible to operate and automate processes (e.g. Sample, Returns) between ST and its distributors in Asia-Pacific region

* Business Process Analysis and Customer interaction to agree and drive in-line with ST priorities, transformation, and efficiency direction for above stated processes.

* Business reporting, KPI (Business process and efficiency) measurement and improvement for the above

Profile

* Qualification : Candidate should hold a polytechnic diploma / certificate in IT / computing / Management with good understanding of IT concepts and tools

* Experience Mandatory: Proficiency in usage or implementation of IT tools like MS Office / Reporting (Tableau, BI, SAP-BO) or others

Analysis and implementation of business process operations will be an added advantage.

* Interpersonal and communication: Good communication skills are required to maintain good relationships in the limit of confidentiality with ST Customers.

Excellent oral and written communication will be an added advantage
