Accounts Payable Manager

A brilliant opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager. This role is for 3 months and offering between £35,00 to £40,000 equivalent per hour and is based right in the city centre of Manchester with hybrid working.

Description

Duties will include:

• Managing all activities in the accounts payable function
• Ensure timely payments of invoices
• Maintaining accurate records and control reports
• Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial information
• Setting and facilitating the achievement of department objectives
• Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Implementing new projects including 3 way PO matching

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in similar role - essential
• Have experience using Microsoft dynamics - desirable
• Be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the business - essential
• Be able to work in a timely manner and meet deadlines - desirable
• Have excellent planning and problem solving skills - desirable
