You will assist FO team and act as Single Point of Contact for clients and Group internal support functions.

Description
- Perform regulatory checks for customer and follow up of their relations (financials, portfolios composition, CRM system)
- Deal with customer over phone, e-mail for overall inquiries
- Manage the invoicing process for intermediaries and related tax inquiries
- Work on continuous improvement of operational processes and systems
- Involvement in finance and operations related projects and transversal /international initiatives
Profile
- Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years' experience
- Bilingual Dutch/French with a Good knowledge of English
- Previous experience in the financial world as client support
- Basic knowledge of accounting and VAT principles
