Strategy Planning Manager - Public Organization (55K)

Manager position under Strategy Planning Division to allocate, consolidate and communicate on the budget plans for the organization.

Client Details

Our client is a non-profit making organization with steadily growth in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Manager within their Strategy Planning division to take care of the whole budget plan for the organziation.

Description

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end budgeting to reporting process as well as business partnering with various business units. Main responsibilities are as below but only limited to:

• Allocate the company's budgets among different business units according to their strategies and business plans
• Perform business partnering to communicate with all business unit's leaders on their plans and aiming to support the company's goals.
• Consolidate the whole budget plan based on different business scenario, track records (actual and budgeted spending)
• Prepare internal presentation and reports for communication to management.

Profile

You must be a Degree holder with 10 years of work experience in strategy or corporate planning, project management, business analysis or similar field. Project management experience will be an advantage. Qualification is not a must. Great communication skills and number sensitivity are essential. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
