Description

Acts as a key business partner to lead change, drive strategy planning and formulation, communicate strategic priorities and impact.
Facilitates and drives strategic discussions in leadership meetings.
Works closely with global counterparts on business data gathering, consolidation, analysis and presentation.
Provides meaningful and actionable insights based on thorough business analysis to support strategic planning, various initiatives and projects.
Conducts business analysis and prepares business management reports and presentations to senior management, e.g. Quarterly Business Update, Sourcing Matrix Report.
Global role working closely with counterparts in Business Analysis/Strategy across different locations Provides business assistance to ad hoc and special projects.

Profile

MBA degree will be preferred. Consulting experience is a MUST and apparel experience would be an advantage. Strong analytical skills and attention to details with ability to extract deep insights and generate presentable reports. Strong skills in preparing presentations for senior management. Expertise to build rapport and relationships among leaders and key partners. Excellent command of written English.High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
