Role: Credit Controller - Commercial Property
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 Per Week
Salary: Up to £35,000
Start Date: ASAP
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience Credit Controller who has specialist Property sector knowledge.
My client is a well- established private property company with a substantial portfolio of both the commercial and residential properties.
You will be working from their Central London office amongst the experienced and motivated collections team and if successful, you will take ownership of a portion of the Commercial Property portfolio.
To be considered, you must have a proven track record in Commercial Property collections and working knowledge of instructing Bailiffs/ debt collectors and appointing Legal representation.
Although my client would like a quick turnaround with this position, they will wait for the right person, so if this is you please apply even if you are on notice.
