Commercial Finance Business Partner
Purpose of the role
- Providing accurate commercial financial information to the Senior Management Teams
- Business Partner to the Divisional Managing Director to ensure company objectives are met
- To establish, maintain and analyse sales, margin, rebate and price reference documentation
Business Partner to Divisional Managing Director in areas including:
- Product list price - commercial and intercompany
- Margin analysis
- Project pipeline analysis (CRM)
- Production and ongoing maintenance of KPI's
- Provide guidance and support to quotation activity, including bespoke/project
- Work with Commercial team to develop management systems to improve control and efficiency of pricing
- Sales and margin budgets/forecasts
- Work with Product Management to develop and implement product price strategies
- Build strong partnerships with all senior managers by providing accurate financial support to commercial decision making
- Manage the customer rebate process
- Supporting preparation of Budgets
- Regular review and challenge of controllable costs
- Create monthly sales reports and provide analysis and insight that links this financial report to business strategies
- Take responsibility for financial projects as and when requested
