SF Recruitment are currently recruiting a permanent position for a manufacturing business in Telford in the recruitment of a permanent Financial Controller. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving business with a family atmosphere.
My client is seeking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller who is hands on. This role will be managing a team of 5 colleagues; a part qualified Management Accountant, a Finance Manager and also 3 ledger clerks.
The role reports into the business owner and will be working to support the group function as the business comprises of 5 different organisations.
Ideally, my client is seeking to meet with outgoing individuals who can drive enthusiasm through the team and be there as a supporter to promote an excellent working culture.
The successful applicant will be tasked with both Financial and Management Accounting duties and will act as a business partner to the rest of the Senior Management Team.
Applicants must be either ACCA / CIMA/ ACA qualified and possess strong Excel skills.
Experience of working within a food business is desirable but not essential
